At Fonderie Mora Gavardo, we think beyond casting. We deliver end‑to‑end solutions, managing every phase of the process under one roof, from co‑design and PRO CAST solidification simulations to molding, melting, core making, casting, heat treatment, finishing, and machining.
With 5 electric induction furnaces (55 t, 28 t and 5 t), automated core‑making lines, a high‑repeatability green sand molding plant, and large manual molding pits, we combine flexibility and scale. This allows us to produce both complex small series and heavy‑duty castings up to 17 meters in length, meeting the most challenging technical requirements.

Quality is built into our process. Our fully equipped in‑house laboratory enables us to perform metallurgical analysis, chemical and spectrometric controls, mechanical testing, 3D laser scanning, and advanced non‑destructive testing (UT, MT, PT, RX).
Through tailored quality plans, FMEA methodologies, and continuous validation against 3D models, we ensure full compliance with international standards and customer specifications — even for the most critical applications.
Certified performance, sustainable manufacturing
Our Cast Iron Business Unit is certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949, and holds multiple product certifications covering grey and spheroidal graphite cast iron, pressure equipment, heavy castings up to 80 tons, and spheroidization processes.
Sustainability is an integral part of our strategy. The Made Green in Italy certification reflects our responsible manufacturing approach, based on electric induction melting and the extensive use of recycled materials.
