Camozzi Automation will exhibit alongside Fonderie Mora Gavardo (FMG), another company of the Camozzi Group. This collaboration showcases the Group’s capacity to offer an integrated and synergic approach — combining advanced mechatronic technologies with the high structural quality of cast components.
FMG will display key elements such as the wheel support, a critical structural component connecting the gearbox to the wheel hub and ensuring efficient power transmission. Driving Digitalization and Industry 5.0
Through the expertise of Camozzi Digital & Mechatronics division, and in partnership with SECO, Camozzi Automation will showcase how digital technologies are reshaping agricultural applications.
An HMI demo integrated with a central tire inflation system, as well as with proportional technologies such as and , will simulate the monitoring and control of key parameters: smart pneumatic and electromechanical components connected to the body computers of tractors, buses, and trailers via the SAE J1939 protocol (a CAN-based communication standard for networking electronic control units in heavy-duty vehicles) to enable precise tire inflation and deflation, trailer load balancing, and precision seeding.
In these devices, we combine manufacturing expertise that ranges from plastic molding to electronic board design, merging pneumatic and electric actuation into advanced mechatronic products that embody our commitment to industrial digitalization and Industry 5.0, integrating machine learning and IIoT technologies to deliver smarter, more connected solutions.
