THE INTEGRATED APPROACH TO MEDICAL DEVICE MANUFACTURING

NOVEMBER 17 – 20 | HALL 8B BOOTH H02

Camozzi Automation to Showcase Cutting-Edge Solutions for the Life Science Industry

Camozzi Automation will take part in Compamed 2025 (Hall 8B, Booth H02), the leading international trade fair in Düsseldorf (Germany) from November 17 to 20, dedicated to high-tech solutions for medical technology.

The company will present a comprehensive range of products under the message “The Integrated Approach to Medical Device Manufacturing”, highlighting its ability to engineer highly integrated and customizable technological solutions.

By leveraging the latest technologies, Camozzi Automation offers advanced systems for the control of liquids and gases, ensuring outstanding precision and reliability. From precision proportional valves to electric actuation for lab automation, from microfluidics to isolation technologies, the company stands as a benchmark for technological innovation in the medical and life science sectors.

Exclusive technologies for every application

Our Life Science offering is organized into three main areas:

  • Proportional Technology
  • Media Isolation Valves for Analytics and Diagnostics
  • Miniature Solenoid Valves for medical devices

Precision in Microfluidics

Through the expertise of Camozzi Automation and in partnership with Bartels Mikrotechnik Microfluidic Systems, a demo will showcase how advanced components enable accurate and reliable fluid control and dispensing for biotechnology applications.

The system highlights how the combined know-how of both companies supports the design and integration of precise liquid dosing systems, including those capable of handling aggressive fluids.

The setup features key Camozzi technologies:

  • Media-Separated Solenoid Valves – designed for aggressive fluids, ensuring chemical resistance and minimal internal volume.
  • Micro-Piezo Pump – delivering ultra-precise, stable micro-dosing for both liquids and gases.
  • PCB Controller – a compact, intelligent unit enabling real-time control and optimization of microfluidic operations.

Together, these components enhance device performance, ensure consistent dosing results, and accelerate innovation in life science and diagnostic applications. This demo embodies Camozzi Automation’s ability to deliver integrated, high-performance solutions from a single source.

Precision in Medical Imaging

In collaboration with Angiodroid, Camozzi Automation supports the development of the Angiodroid The CO₂ Injector, a patented device that enhances angiography through safe and precise CO₂ injections.

Unlike iodine-based contrast media, CO₂ is non-nephrotoxic and free of allergic risks, providing a safer alternative for patients with renal impairment or iodine intolerance. The injector ensures accurate control of volume and pressure, guaranteeing high-quality imaging and patient safety.

Angiodroid relies on Camozzi Automation not only for components but also for an integrated gas management and dosing solution assembled within its cleanroom facilities. Through the dedicated integration of key components, the system delivers controlled CO₂ injection with consistency and precision, reinforcing Angiodroid’s mission to advance interventional radiology and vascular surgery.

Integrated Solutions for a Smarter Future

Through these innovations, Camozzi Automation confirms its role as a strategic partner in the medical and life science sectors. By combining multidisciplinary expertise in pneumatics, electronics, and digital technologies, the company delivers integrated, high-performance solutions that meet the most demanding requirements in precision, reliability, and safety — shaping the future of medical device manufacturing.
