Products and Solutions in Action: Our Dynamic Demos

Completing our presence at SPS Italia 2026, two dynamic demos will showcase our data-enabled approach focused on efficiency, connectivity and safety.

The SMART PICK&PLACE demo, developed together with Bi.Lab, combines pneumatic, electric and digital technologies into an intelligent system capable of collecting and analyzing data directly on board the machine. Solutions such as the Series FSX flow sensor, Series D valve island and Series DRVI integrated drives enable advanced monitoring, energy optimization and high operational reliability.

A second demo, developed with Progea Leonardo on the COMAU Racer 5 SE cobot, features the new Series CSPT collaborative smart gripper. Combined with Series 3E electromechanical cylinders, Series DRVI integrated vector-control drives and the Series D valve island, the application highlights our approach to safety, intelligent motion control and energy efficiency in increasingly advanced and collaborative production environments.
